Error while try to run project:

Freshly installed Visual C# Express but it doesn't debug. When I try to debug it shows an error:

"Error while try to run project: Could not load file or assembly 'WindowsFormsApplication1' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest."
