Help for binding Image on Crystal Report

Hi..

I have a problem to bind an Image on Crystal Report in C#.Net. I am using a database in Microsoft Access which fields are:

empno number
ename text
imgName text

I store the Image path in imgName field and store an Image in a folder.But I want to join both on Crystal Report that imgName should be replaced with Image through Folder. How could be it possible. Please help me to solve this problem.
