Load Report Failed

I am running Crystal Report of  Dotnot 2.0  on my Server. When I generate my Reports, it works 70% of the time, the other 30% of the time I get the error "Load Report Failed". Then I have to restart IIS, to generate reports again. Does anyone have a solution that will prevent the random occurence of this error?
