Rotating text

I have been unable to get text rotation to work using the Print function in a routine i inherited from another source.  The font size and type won't change from the default values, and the direction of print is always horizontal left to right.  Apparently font rotation is not built into VB6.  Does anybody know of a freeware subroutine or function that can fully rotate a string through 360 degrees?
