• 4+ yrs of systems design and development experience in .Net
• Demonstrated programming proficiency in C#, WCF, ASP.Net, XML, Java Script, SQL Server. Silverlight and VB experience would be advantageous.
• Should have sound OOPS and UML knowledge
• Demonstrated proficiency in adopting new technologies
• Ability to provide design solution at a low level using chosen Microsoft Platform adhering to the application architecture
• Experience in developing and implementing web based systems
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
