Position : .net with Oralce and SQL
Location : Colorado Springs, CO
Duration : 3 -6 months can get extended
Rate : $35 - $38/HR max
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our outstanding team of experienced engineers and help in the support and maintenance of the system.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage the support queue per the defined process, route support calls and respond to internal partner's questions and issues
- Resolve support issues which can range from a simple clarification to bug fixes and code changes
- Work with the team lead and the team's manager to understand the current support metrics and maintain the baseline performance
- Participate in quality assurance activities including reviews and testing
- Provide deep technical support for the systems
- Other relevant tasks as required
Qualifications Musts:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem solving skills and a positive "can do" attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of a support issue and manage it through complete resolution
- Previous software development and support experience
- Working knowledge of ASP & ASP.Net web applications using JavaScript & c#
Desired:
- Experience with Oracle databases & PL/SQL
- Experience working with Windows server, Linux and UNIX operating systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes
