.NET Technical Lead
Skills and Experience
• BS/MS in Computer Science preferred.
• 6-8 years of hands-on software design and development.
• Experience in design and development of large, complex and
mission critical business applications on Microsoft .NET platform.
Previous exposure to technical lead role is an added advantage.
• Must possess good design skills (with a sound knowledge of
design patterns). Candidates should have exposure to UML Modeling tools like Enterprise Architect, Rational Software Architect etc.
• Experience in design and implementation of systems on .NET
(C#) platform using XML, Rules Engine, Workflow Engine, and ORM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying web-services
(using SOAP, UDDI etc.). Knowledge of SOA and related concepts is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Play the role of technical lead for a medium to large scale product development – using the skills mentioned above. Candidate should able to deliver related artifacts as an individual contributor, as well as manage a team of developers.
