Job Title: .Net Web Developer
Location: NYC
Duration: Full-time
Compensation: $50-85k + 5-7k bonus (comp could go higher)
Must be a US permanent resident.
Having any CRM or Saleslogix experience is a HUGE plus.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the implementation of .NET web applications
• Help develop and follow application development standards based on Microsoft best practices.
• Strong user-interface and application usability awareness.
• Implement web applications using our choice of industry standard third-party server controls.
• Collaborate with internal and external users to identify technology-based solutions in pursuit of better efficiencies.
• Assist with the development of a Service Oriented Architecture by leveraging legacy systems and various sources of data.
• Develop documentation in support of SDLC, business continuity, auditing, and training.
• Pursue the research of emerging technologies, trends, and standards.
To qualify for this position you MUST have these required qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience developing Microsoft-based enterprise web applications.
• Hands-on experience using Visual Studio .NET 2005 and .NET Framework 2.0. At least 3 years of experience using Visual Studio 2002/2003.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000, stored procedures, triggers, DTS packages, and general optimization techniques. Hands-on experience using SQL Server 2005 is a plus.
• Experience using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Knowledge of OOP methodologies.
• Experience architecting and implementing XML Web Services.
• Administrative knowledge of IIS and general knowledge of Windows Server 2003.
Programming knowledge using the following languages/technologies:
