Candidates should possess 3-8 years of experience in web technology and application development, along with the following attributes: 

• Experience designing, coding, testing, deploying, & debugging.  

• Work within project teams consisting of software testers and development staff. 

• Be quick to adapt and understand new software and hardware technologies 

• Strong technical expertise and development background with Microsoft technologies. 

• Full life cycle development experience using .NET Framework 2.0.  

• Programming in .Net, C#, C++, Java 

• Familiarity with database applications 

• Knowledge of Web-based technologies 

• Fluency in SQL and a solid comprehension of relational database concepts.
